Gender: Which gender they want to be recognized as

Height: In centimeters

Species: Please reference the Creation journal for the list of species. If listed in the 'other' category, please elaborate a bit.

House: Which House they're in. Please refer to the House of Nyx Journal for the list of Houses.

Major /Minor Arcana: List the Major (and minor if applicable) elements their magic is based on. Please refer to the Modus Operandi Journal for a list of the Major/Minor Arcanas.

Spells: STARTING OFF: Your character has access to two spells. These spells must have both strengths and weaknesses, and explained in a somewhat "logical" manner. (Logical doesn't have to mean scientific).

Weapon: The weapon your character primarily uses and (if needed) an explanation. The weapon does not need to be a wand.

Personality: Paragraph or Bullet form is accepted. 

Likes/Dislikes: Paragraph or Bullet form is accepted. 

Biography: At least 1 paragraph about where they came from, etc. If you want to keep it a mystery, you can do so by omitting the Biography portion with a >:^3c. (please note that I may judge your application a bit harder if you chose to omit the biography, since every other aspect is weighed a bit higher.)
